Rent payments can be made in any of the following ways:

• Pay with check or money order (NO CASH) by mail to our office located at 320 N Coast Hwy 101, Encinitas, CA  92024
• In person at our office during business hours Monday through Friday.  We are located at the address above on the backside of the building (enter from Melrose)
• After hours drop box at the office.  NO CASH OR MONEY ORDERS. 
• Auto bill pay through your bank.  Please see your bank for details.  Be sure to provide our name and address and include your name on memo line.
• Some properties accept payments with a credit card for a fee or bank account/debit card for free.  Please inquire with us to see if your property participates.
